Lemon Essential oil is one of the most commonly used essential oils in aromatherapy and natural cleaning products. Lemon essential oil is cold-pressed using the nutrient-dense peel from the fruit of the Citrus Limon plant. This is a process that essentially presses the peel while rotating it until the oil is released from the peel. Lemon essential oil’s light refreshing scent and natural degreasing properties make it a must-have addition to your collection.

Benefits and Uses:
• Add essential oils recipes below to the diffuser with recommended water for your diffuser tank. I like to use a 100-200 ml water tank diffuser but you can use whatever size you prefer.
• Add all ingredients to a bottle or jar and mix. To use, massage your feet for soothing relief.
• If applying an essential oil topically (on your skin), you may perform a small patch test to an insensitive part of the body, use 1-2 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil.
